What can I track with CostHuntr?
Any expense that comes back: software and subscriptions, domain names, servers and hosting, insurance, phone lines, equipment rental, memberships. Each one has its cost, its cycle (monthly, yearly or custom) and its renewal date, and several expenses at the same vendor are grouped under it.
Does CostHuntr connect to my bank?
No. You add your subscriptions and bills by hand, by import, or by forwarding your invoices: CostHuntr only reads what you choose to forward, and keeps only the useful fields (vendor, amount, seats, renewal). No bank connection, no access to your mailbox.
Can I import an existing Excel file?
Yes. CostHuntr accepts Excel files (.xlsx) and CSV files. You match the columns in a few clicks.
How does it work for a team?
You invite colleagues by email. Each has their own account, role (Admin / Member / Viewer), and receives alerts based on their preferences.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. You can export everything you track as CSV (Pro and Team), cancel your plan at any time, and delete your account yourself. The Free plan stays usable indefinitely.
